Yes. Every squishy inside is made from non-toxic, child-safe materials and tested against international toy safety standards. As with any small toy, we recommend adult supervision for children under 3, since the squishies are small enough to pose a choking risk.

Ages 4 and up love it most — that's the sweet spot where the countdown really clicks. We regularly hear from teenagers and adults who collect them too, so it works as an all-family gift.

The squishies are small, palm-sized toys. They're safe for the intended age range but are a choking hazard for children under 3, so please keep them away from very young siblings.

24. There are 24 numbered doors and one squishy behind each door — one surprise for every day of December leading up to Christmas.

Yes. Every calendar contains 24 unique Christmas-themed designs, so there are no duplicates. You'll find reindeer, Santa-hat dumplings, cosy bao buns, tree characters and a few rarer designs sprinkled through the run.

The whole point is the surprise! We do show examples of the kinds of squishies included, but which door hides which character stays a mystery until your child opens it.

We dispatch within 4–5 business days and most US deliveries arrive 3–5 business days after that — so expect your calendar within about 7–10 business days of ordering.

Place your order by November 20th and we'll have your calendar with you before December 1st. We dispatch within 4–5 business days and most US orders arrive 3–5 business days after that, which gives us comfortable room to spare. Orders placed after November 20th will likely arrive once the countdown has already started — the calendar still works from whatever day it lands, you'll just begin the countdown that day.

No — we currently ship within the US only. Orders with a delivery address outside the United States can't be completed at checkout.

Shipping is free — there's nothing added on top of the calendar price at checkout.

Sales tax depends on where you're having the order delivered. If it applies, it's calculated at checkout from your delivery address and shown on the total before you pay — it's never added afterwards.

Yes. You'll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves us, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

All sales are final — we don't accept returns or exchanges. Because every calendar is a sealed mystery box, once it's shipped we can't take it back.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once it's dispatched we can't change or cancel it.

Absolutely — lots of parents pick up one per child. Each calendar is a sealed surprise, so siblings can open their own doors side by side. If you're ordering several, just increase the quantity at checkout.
