Here's where we stand on returns.
No returns or exchanges
Because every Mystery Squishy Advent Calendar is a sealed mystery box, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. Once the calendar is in your hands, we have no way to verify or reseal its contents, so we can't resell it.
Orders that haven't shipped
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet and you need to change or cancel it, email us as soon as you can and we'll do our best to help. Once an order is dispatched we're no longer able to change or cancel it.
