Your tracking email
When your order leaves us, we email you tracking details so you can follow it to your door. Check the inbox you used at checkout — and if you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder first.
Haven't received tracking yet?
We dispatch within 4–5 business days. If it's been longer than 5 business days since you ordered and there's still no tracking email, get in touch and we'll look into it straight away.
What the stages mean
- Order received — we have your order and it's in the queue
- Dispatched — it's left us and is with the carrier
- In transit — on its way to your delivery address
- Delivered — it's arrived and the countdown can begin
