The small print, in plain English
Last updated: October 2026. These terms apply whenever you order from Mystery Squishy Advent Calendar.
Orders
When you place an order you're making an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we confirm your order by email. If we can't fulfil an order — for example because stock has run out — we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and include the cost of shipping. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and is shown before you pay. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a price is wrong we'll contact you before charging anything.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Delivery
We ship within the United States only. We dispatch within 4–5 business days and most orders arrive 3–5 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays are outside our control. Our cut-off for delivery by December 1st is November 20th; orders placed after that date are likely to arrive once the countdown has begun.
Returns
All sales are final. Because each calendar is a sealed mystery box, we can't accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. See our Returns Policy for full details.
Product suitability
Our calendars are intended for children aged 4 and up. The squishies are small parts and are not suitable for children under 3. Adult supervision is recommended for younger children.
Your account and information
You're responsible for giving us accurate delivery information. Please check your address at checkout — we can't reroute an order once it's dispatched.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability we can't legally limit. Otherwise, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
